CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND FEES

Free cancellation D – 8.

If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival date or in case of no show, 100% of the stay will be charged and non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the reservation online, this amount will be refunded to you after deduction of the cancellation fees (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).

If breakfast is included in your reservation, it is considered non-refundable if cancelled or not consumed.

 

TAXES

Prices are displayed including VAT. Tourist tax, government or local taxes
may be requested at an additional cost.

 

ARRIVAL TIME / DEPARTURE TIME

Your room will be available at reception from the time indicated below
On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room no later than the time
shown below. Billing for an additional night may result from non-compliance with this
departure deadline.
It is recommended to use the “Comments or additional information” box on the form
reservation to notify you of your estimated arrival time, particularly if it is late.

Departure deadline: 10:00

Reception opening hours: 14:00 to 21:30 on Monday, 09:00 to 21:30 from Tuesday to Friday, 14:00 to 19:00 on Saturday and 9:00 to 16:00 on Sunday.

Possibility of late arrival by reservation from the moment the Henri IV team has been informed.
